AME Containers

Project Overview

This project involves the refurbishment of multiple steel containers through comprehensive sand blasting and repainting works. The process begins with abrasive blasting to remove rust, old paint, and surface contaminants, restoring the steel to a clean bare-metal condition. This surface preparation ensures proper adhesion of the new coating system and improves the structural durability of the containers.

Following blasting, the containers undergo priming and application of industrial-grade protective coatings to enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life. The repainting works not only improve the overall appearance but also provide long-term protection against harsh weather conditions, preparing the units for operational use, storage, or resale.

Scope of Work

Surface preparation by sand blasting to remove rust and old coatings, followed by application of primer and protective paint system.
